Cancellation before the start date
If the guest cancels the agreement before the start date, a fixed compensation is payable. This does not apply if the cancellation is due to a price increase implemented within three months of concluding the agreement.
The compensation is
Cancellation up to 3 months before the start date15% of the agreed price
Cancellation up to 2 months before the start date50% of the agreed price
Cancellation up to one month before the start date75% of the agreed price
Cancellation within one month of the start date90% of the agreed price
Cancellation on the start date100% of the agreed price
Refund if the pitch is rebooked
The compensation will be refunded proportionately, less administration costs, if a third party books the pitch for the same period or part of it and no other pitches are available during that period.
The administration costs are €5 and will be deducted from the amount refunded.
